The service includes
The price includes electricity (230 Volt – 6 Ampere), hot shower (1 token per person/night), cold shower, and Wi-Fi.
The price not include city tax:
€ 1,00 person/night
- < 14 > 65 years – free of charge
- City tax is charged for the first 10 days, from April 1st to October 31st each year.
Checkin / Checkout
CHECK-IN: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

For check-in, you must present a valid original ID card or passport for all members of the family or group, including children.
Please note: we cannot accept residence permits, health insurance cards, or copies of documents (paper or digital).Travelling with a minor who is not part of your family?
No problem! You only need:- a written authorization from the parents
- a copy of the parents’ identity documents
CHECK-OUT: by 12:00 PM
Check-out is available from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Guests who need to leave before 07:30 AM are kindly asked to arrange this in advance with the reception to ensure proper departure procedures.
Payments
Payment for the stay is due at check-in and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including early departure.
Any extensions of the stay may be evaluated later, depending on daily availability, and must be requested directly at reception.

FIDELITY CARD:
€ 23 per night
- for 2 persons + 1 camper/caravan/tent + car + electricity + 2 hot shower tokens.
FIDELITY CARD:
€ 16 per night
- for 2 people + 1 tent + 2 bikes + electricity + 2 hot shower tokens.
FIDELITY CARD:
€ 10 per night
- for 1 person + 1 tent + 1 bike + electricity + 1 hot shower token.
Rules:
- it is necessary to be in possession of the fidelity card;
- the offers are valid from 01/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 31/10;
- the offers cannot be used in combination with other promotions or discounts.
