The information only concerns this site and not other websites, portals, sections / pages / spaces connected by links, owned by third parties, for which reference should be made to the respective information sheets.

1. Who is the Data Controller?

2. What kind of data do we process and how long do we keep them?

a) Navigation data.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during normal operation and only 

for the connection time, some data which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with users but, by its very nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow identification. This data are deleted a few hours after processing.

b) Data voluntarily provided by users / visitors.

To respond to your request, to provide assistance where requested by you through our Customer Service available in the “Contacts” section of our website, or via the online chat service, or via e-mail or by phone.

If connecting to our site you will decide, where provided, to send your personal data (for example: name, surname, email address) to access certain services, or, to make requests by e-mail, Camping La Playa S.r.l. will process these data to respond to your request, or to provide the service you requested in accordance with this information. The data will be kept for the time to provide the requested service and to handle any disputes.

Personal data will be disclosed to third parties only if the communication is necessary to comply with the users’ requests.

No health data and, in general, no special categories of personal data referred to the Article 9 of the GDPR (sensitive, biometric, genetic and criminal) will be required.

c) Cookies.

This site uses cookies or markers, which technically are packets of information sent by a web server (in this case, from this site) to the user’s browser and stored by the latter on their device (personal computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site. 3. How is your data processed?

Your data are processed with the support of computerized and telematic means and they are protected through appropriate security measures that guarantee confidentiality and integrity. In particular, Camping La Playa S.r.l. adopted and adopts organizational arrangements (distribution of roles and responsibilities in the execution of the activity and controls), procedural and technical measures (firewall, antivirus and other advanced technologies) appropriate to protect your data against loss, theft and also unauthorized use, disclosure or modification.

4. What is the legal purpose and basis of the processing?

Camping La Playa S.r.l. treats your anonymous navigation data, as specified in point 2.a), in order to monitor the technical operation and the performance of the site, to understand how to improve services and make them evolve.

These data are necessary to guarantee the provision of the site.

The referred-to data in point 2.b) are processed exclusively to respond to the user’s request, as detailed above.

The data specified in point 2.c) are used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning (they are therefore necessary to guarantee the provision of the site) as well as to show any advertisements , as explained in our Cookie Policy.

When the services offered by the site are free and supported by advertising, the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Owner expressly provided by the GDPR.

5. To whom can your data be communicated?

The anonymous data cited in points 2.a) and 2.c) could be communicated to partners and suppliers that support Camping La Playa S.r.l. in the provision of this site. Where Camping La Playa S.r.l. were to disclose your personal data to third parties (for example regarding the services to which you have registered), these will act as independent Data Controllers or will be appointed by Camping La Playa S.r.l. as Data Processors. You can request an updated list of these managers by email at [email protected]. Furthermore, your data could be communicated to subjects, institutions or authorities to whom the disclosure of data are required by law.

6. What are your rights?

At any time you can access the information concerning you and request its updating, rectification and integration, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking.

You may also object to the processing in whole or in part.

Furthermore, you have the right to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or other authority to propose a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data.

7. Protection of the rights and respect of the conditions of use of the Site and verification of compliance with the provisions dictated by the legislation of the sector

To ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties and to manage any conduct in violation of the provisions of the sector legislation as well as to protect our rights in court or in the stages leading to possible legal proceedings, therefore being able, at the request of the public authority, to disclose the Personal Data. The legal basis for this treatment is the need to pursue our legitimate interests (protection of our rights in court and verification of compliance with legal provisions dictated by sector legislation).

8. Protection of rights in the event of disputes

In the event that it is necessary to defend ourselves or act, or even make claims against you or third parties, we may keep the personal data that we consider to be reasonably necessary to process for these purposes and as long as this claim can be prosecuted. The legal basis for this treatment is the need to pursue our legitimate interests (protection of our rights in the event of disputes).

9. Social media

This website may postpone or request certain permissions related to social media, which allow you to perform actions with the user’s personal account, and to collect information, including personal data. The details on the permits can be viewed in the special documentation section of the permits made available by the social media and through the relative privacy policy adopted.

The basic information that can be managed, within this application, may concern: id, name, image, genre, language, information related to the location, in some cases contacts and friends connected in relation to the privacy policy that the user has set up in their profile.

10. Period and place of storage of personal data

La Camping La Playa S.r.l. treats your personal data at the registered office of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your personal data will not be transferred to a Third Country or to an international organization except in the cases and with the guarantees provided by the articles 15, 45 and 46 of the Regulations.

La Camping La Playa S.r.l. or on its behalf, the company appointed as Data Processor, keeps your personal data only for the time to achieve the purposes indicated above, in compliance with civil and fiscal conservation obligations and with the limits established by law.

This information may undergo changes over time – also related to the possible entry into force of new sector regulations, the updating or provision of new services or technological innovations – so we invite you to periodically consult this page.
