Mobile homes for up to 5 people: 24 sqm. with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds + 1 folding bed (for children max. weight 40 Kg.), living room with fully equipped kitchen (crockery and pots and pans), sofa, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, veranda with table, chairs, sun umbrella and two sun beds.
The houses are not equipped with hairdryers or other appliances.
The price includes: VAT, electricity, hot water, gas and car-parking space inside the campsite.
The customer is responsible for any damage to the rented structure and its furnishings.
The mobile homes are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left free by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. At the Management’s choice, mobile homes can be available before 5 p.m.
Visits by visitors are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the houses. The presence of pets involves the automatic cancellation of the stay with the consequent loss of the entire amount of the deposit sent.
Smoking is not allowed inside the mobile homes.
There is no entertainment on the campsite.

The service includes
The price includes VAT, electricity, hot water, gas and car-parking space inside the campsite.
The price not include:
Air conditioning € 0,60 per kw;
City tax € 1,00 per person/night.
- < 14 > 65 years – free of charge.
- City tax must be paid for the first 14 days starting from 1st April to 31st October each year.
Compulsory supplement
€ 40,00 final cleaning (+ € 10,00 extra dirty);
€ 100,00 deposit (refundable at the end of the stay);
The customer is responsible for any damage to the accommodation and its equipment.
Optional Supplements
Linen hire
€ 6,00 single sheet;
€ 10,00 double bed sheet;
€ 5,00 set of 2 towels (per person).
Check-out
Mobile homes are available from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left no later than 10 a.m. on the departure day. At the Management’s discretion, mobile homes may be available before 5 pm.
Visits from other guests are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed inside the houses. The presence of animals means the automatic cancellation of the stay, with the consequent loss of the entire amount of the deposit sent.
Smoking is not allowed inside the mobile homes.
There is no entertainment on the campsite
Payments
A deposit of 40% of the total amount to be sent by bank transfer is required for booking.
The bank credentials will be communicated once the quote has been accepted and confirmed.
On the day of arrival the remaining amount for the whole booked period will be paid, even in case of late arrival or early departure. Late arrivals of more than 24 hours not communicated to the management will cause the cancellation of the booking as well.
In the case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
– 100% of the deposit if the communication is made before the 60th day before the start of the booked stay.
– 70% of the deposit if the communication is made between the 59th and 46th day before the start of the booked stay.
– 50% of the deposit if the communication is made between the 45th and 30th day before the start of the booked stay.
No refund if the communication is made from the 29th day before the start of the booked stay.
In all cases, the refund will be made less a secretarial fee of EUR 50.00.
