Our mobile homes offer functional and comfortable accommodation in an area of approximately 24 m².
Each unit is composed of:
- one double bedroom;
- one bedroom with two single beds;
- living room with fully equipped kitchen including crockery and cookware;
- sofa;
- bathroom with shower;
- air conditioning;
- TV;
- outdoor veranda furnished with table, chairs, umbrella, and two sun loungers.
The mobile homes are not equipped with a hairdryer or other small appliances.
A hairdryer is available on request with a €50 deposit.
Price includes:
- VAT;
- electricity;
- hot water;
- gas;
- one parking space inside the campsite.
Any damage caused to the accommodation or its furnishings will be charged to the guest.
Check-in / Check-out
Mobile homes are available from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (until 9:00 p.m.) and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Subject to availability and at the discretion of the Management, early check-in may be granted.
Important information
- No external visitors are allowed.
- Pets are not permitted inside the mobile homes.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the mobile homes.

The service includes
The price includes VAT, electricity, hot water, gas and car-parking space inside the campsite.
The price not include:
Air conditioning € 0,80 per kw;
City tax € 1,00 per person/night.
- < 14 > 65 years – free of charge.
- City tax must be paid for the first 14 days starting from 1st April to 31st October each year.
Compulsory supplement
€ 40,00 final cleaning (+ € 10,00 extra dirty);
€ 100,00 deposit (refundable at the end of the stay);
The customer is responsible for any damage to the accommodation and its equipment.
Optional Supplements
Linen hire
€ 6,00 single sheet;
€ 10,00 double bed sheet;
€ 5,00 set of 2 towels (per person).
Check-out
Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Subject to availability and at the discretion of the Management, early check-in may be granted.
Payments
A deposit of 40% of the total amount to be sent by bank transfer is required for booking.
The bank credentials will be communicated once the quote has been accepted and confirmed.
On the day of arrival the remaining amount for the whole booked period will be paid, even in case of late arrival or early departure. Late arrivals of more than 24 hours not communicated to the management will cause the cancellation of the booking as well.
In the case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
– 100% of the deposit if the communication is made before the 60th day before the start of the booked stay.
– 70% of the deposit if the communication is made between the 59th and 46th day before the start of the booked stay.
– 50% of the deposit if the communication is made between the 45th and 30th day before the start of the booked stay.
No refund if the communication is made from the 29th day before the start of the booked stay.
In all cases, the refund will be made less a secretarial fee of EUR 50.00.
